Who owns the website?

You do — outright, from the day it launches. The domain goes in your name and the files are handed over.

What if I want to leave?

You take the site with you. Cancel the care plan any time and we send over everything — no ransom, no rebuild.

How long does it take?

First draft within a week of starting. After that we work through your revisions until it's right.

Do I have to write anything?

No. Talk to us on the phone and we write it. You just read it over and tell us what's wrong.

I already have a domain. Is that a problem?

Not at all. We point your existing domain at the new site, and it stays in your name the whole time.

What if I skip the $99 plan and need a change later?

Edits come with the care plan, so you'd start the plan whenever you want changes handled. Without it, the files are yours and anyone can work on them.

How do I pay?

A deposit to get started and the balance when the site goes live. The exact terms are in a short written agreement before any work begins — no surprises, nothing in between.
